The aim of this course is to sharpen perception about the implications of demographic changes on different economic and social aspects.
Students are encouraged to comment on the demographic implications of EU and/or national policies related to labour market and social security issues, social cohesion, migration etc. The opposite relation is also examined: how demographic changes shape relevant policies and alter priorities.

Students are expected to attend and actively participate in all lectures. The final assessment relies on the preparation, oral presentation and written submission of a project on a relevant issue.
